» Staff are contacting us all the time from all over the world to find out about working in Scotland. Seasonal vacancies can be filled prior to your season starting.

» How we work:

The source of our staff are backpackers on a working holiday in the UK and Europe. They are looking for seasonal or work for 3 - 6 months in any location before moving to another area.

We will then let any staff who meet your requirements know of your vacancy. They will contact you directly by phone or e mail.

You will have to conduct a short telephone interview with them, if you feel they are suitable, generally you would offer them a job for a trial period of a week. If, after the week, either party feels they are not suitable for each other, there is no commitment either way.

We can provide either one member of staff or a group of staff, We have helped find staff for hotels throughout the Highlands when they re-open again after the winter and also found replacement staff when the traveller moves on.
